Heating
Each apartment enjoys underfloor heating. This warmth is provided by a central boiler room on the roof that is equipped with solar collectors for hot water. A possible connection to the heat grid in the future is already foreseen.
Protection from the sun
Where required, sun blinds are fitted on the inside. Centrally controlled, so that everything is perfectly regulated even when you are not at home. Of course, you can also adjust these individually to your liking.
Materials
Quality and durability are key. The massive facade is made of polished concrete components with white marble granulates. Subtle golden accents provide ever-changing nuances that cast a new glow at any given moment and create a link to a glorious past.
